This Shipping Policy describes the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from trytorqueball.com (the "Site"), operated by ClickCraft Ventures ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By placing an order on the Site, you ("Customer," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy. This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to verification and processing before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Please note that processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed due to order volume, payment verification, inventory availability, system maintenance, or other factors at our sole discretion. We shall not be held liable for any delays in processing.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

We offer the following shipping options. All delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement, and are not guaranteed:

ACTUAL DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY SIGNIFICANTLY BASED ON CARRIER PERFORMANCE, CUSTOMS PROCESSING, WEATHER CONDITIONS, NATURAL DISASTERS, PANDEMICS, GOVERNMENT ACTIONS, CARRIER CAPACITY, GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION, AND OTHER FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR LATE DELIVERIES, REGARDLESS OF THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED.
Shipping Carriers
We utilize third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders, including but not limited to UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other regional or international carriers. The selection of carrier is at our sole discretion and may vary based on destination, package size, availability, and cost efficiency.
We are not an agent, employee, or representative of any shipping carrier. The shipping carrier is an independent third party, and we assume no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, delays, damages, or losses caused by any shipping carrier. Any claims regarding carrier performance, delays, or handling must be directed to the applicable carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of tracking information provided by third-party carriers. Tracking updates are controlled entirely by the shipping carrier and may not reflect real-time status. Delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a delay in delivery.

Transfer of Risk and Title
RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SITE PASS TO YOU UPON DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT TO THE FIRST SHIPPING CARRIER. FROM THAT POINT FORWARD, YOU BEAR ALL RISK OF LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE, OR DESTRUCTION OF THE PRODUCT DURING TRANSIT AND AFTER DELIVERY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR, ANY LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE, OR DESTRUCTION OF PRODUCTS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you claim non-receipt, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We may, at our sole discretion, assist with carrier investigations but are under no obligation to replace, reship, or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Address and Delivery Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors in the shipping information provided by you.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, address change, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, you will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and handling fee for returned packages, at our sole discretion.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to mailrooms, reception desks, neighbors, porches, or any location deemed a valid delivery point by the shipping carrier. A delivery confirmation from the carrier shall constitute proof of delivery regardless of whether you have physically received the package.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware of the following:
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed on the Site. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We are not responsible for any customs delays, seizures, or additional charges incurred during the importation process.
Customs Clearance
International packages may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures, which can result in additional delivery delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept that customs clearance is beyond our control and that delivery estimates for international shipments are subject to significant variability.
Import Restrictions
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with all import laws and regulations of your destination country. We are not responsible for orders that are confiscated, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities due to import restrictions, prohibitions, or non-compliance with local regulations. No refund will be issued for orders seized or destroyed by customs.
International Tracking
Tracking accuracy and frequency may vary significantly for international shipments. Tracking information may not be available or updated during customs processing. We are not responsible for gaps or delays in international tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations, addresses, or regions at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarding addresses, or any address we determine, in our sole discretion, to be associated with fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to ship to the provided address, if the shipping destination is restricted, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), you may contact us to report a potentially lost package. We will work with the carrier to investigate. However, we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier and any resolution is subject to the carrier's policies and our sole discretion.
We are under no obligation to replace or refund orders for lost packages. Any replacement or refund for a lost package shall be at our sole and absolute discretion and shall not be construed as an admission of liability or as establishing a precedent for future claims.
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a police report and a claim with the shipping carrier. We may request a copy of the police report before considering any action on our part, which shall be at our sole discretion.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, you should document the damage with photographs before opening the package. Contact us at Support@clickcraftventures.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Failure to report damage within 7 days of delivery may result in denial of your claim. We reserve the right to require the return of the damaged product at your expense before processing any replacement or refund.
Delivery Delays and Force Majeure
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OR DELAY IN DELIVERY RESULTING FROM CAUSES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or severe weather
- Pandemics, epidemics, quarantines, or public health emergencies
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or armed conflicts
- Government actions, sanctions, embargoes, or regulatory changes
- Carrier delays, capacity constraints, labor disputes, or strikes
- Transportation disruptions, port congestion, or supply chain interruptions
- Power outages, internet failures, or telecommunications disruptions
- Any other events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, delivery timelines shall be extended by a period equal to the duration of the delay. We shall not be required to provide refunds, credits, or compensation for delays caused by force majeure events.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at Support@clickcraftventures.net as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be processed once an order has entered our fulfillment system.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the package.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you by email with an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait for the item or cancel the backordered portion of your order for a full refund. We are not liable for any delays caused by inventory shortages.
Limitation of Liability for Shipping
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO SHIPPING, DELIVERY, OR NON-DELIVERY OF ANY ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SHIPPING FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THAT SPECIFIC ORDER. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM SHIPPING DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT, OR ANY OTHER SHIPPING-RELATED ISSUES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
