30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every TorqueBall we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply follow the return steps below and we'll take care of the rest.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Your return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Opened items are also accepted if the product is in working condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or email confirmation as proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Items damaged by misuse, products received more than 30 days ago, and digital downloads are not eligible for return.


How to Return Your TorqueBall

Step 1 — Contact Our Support Team Email us at Support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number and reason for return. You'll receive a response within 24 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2 — Pack Your Item Securely Place the TorqueBall in its original packaging (if available) and pack it securely in an appropriate shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Step 3 — Ship It Back Send the package to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.

Step 4 — Receive Your Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. You'll be notified by email when your refund has been issued.

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes items that show clear signs of use, wear, or physical damage not caused by a manufacturing defect. We will communicate any partial refund decision to you before processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your bank or credit card company — there is often a processing period before a refund is officially posted. If you've done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@clickcraftventures.net and we'll investigate immediately.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and would prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we're happy to send a new TorqueBall at no additional cost. Simply mention "exchange" in your return request email and we'll prioritize shipping your replacement once we receive the returned item.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
  • Defective Products: If your TorqueBall arrived defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs in full. Contact us for a prepaid shipping label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, no shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@clickcraftventures.net. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may initiate a return once you receive the package.
